Since when is the removal of ONLY APPLE DRM 'An all-round mighty DRM removal solution.'?
What about Windows Media DRM... BluRay DRM, DVD region control DRM, Sony Minidisk DRM DVB-S/2 DVB-T/2 DRM and so on and on and on?
This is a very limited DRM removal product and ONLY has a chance of working if you still have the same active account to authorise the machine you install this on... If you have lost access to the account that made the original purchass through some kind of breach of T's and C's or dispute then this cannot help you get your purchassed media accessible again.

Jul 15, 2018 Audiobooks sold on iTunes are protected by DRM policy and can only be played on Apple’s devices. In order to play the DRM-ed iTunes M4A and M4B audiobooks on any device, TunesKit DRM Audiobook Converter will be needed to completely get rid of the DRM protection from the locked iTunes audiobooks legally.

... and I want access to my car's operating systems, too, I can't stand not being in charge of when a beeper goes off or the wipers park themselves or the interior lights dim or not and so on.

Peter Blaise, nothing wrong with hacking your cars operating system as long as you know what you're doing and don't make it operate in an illegal manner. I'd be seriously concerend about the facility for OTA software updates to a lithium cell powered car like a tesla... if one can resolve combusting battereies by a software update it stands to reason a malicious hack could make them explode within one charge discharge cycle....simply reprogram the battery managment system to permit cells to over discharge to make the cells unstable and on next charge cycle they will have a high probability of going bang! You could also add micro-controllers to your cars ancillaries to modify the sensors and modify the control signals to perform how you want... a few small self contained ATTINY micro-controllers using internal clock sources.... great fun!
